This was reported by Russian security agencies.
It is noted that the regional police have launched a campaign targeting owners of unregistered motor vehicles. According to Russian sources, Ukrainian law enforcement intends to confiscate these vehicles and hand them over to military personnel.
“Sumy police have announced a campaign against owners of unregistered mobile vehicles. Apparently, motorcycles will be seized for the needs of the AFU. Local residents have confirmed this,” said a source quoted by the agency.
Earlier, Russian security forces claimed that the command of the Ukrainian army’s 61st mechanized brigade had fled Sumy, stating that the unit had lost combat readiness.
