Expert: Russia can destroy all Ukrainian gas stations within six months

The founder of the Prime transport and logistics group, Dmitry Leushkin, has warned that Russia is capable of destroying all five thousand Ukrainian gas stations in approximately six months.

He made the statement on the Novini.LIVE television channel.

According to Leushkin, in just the past month alone, Russians have destroyed around 200 gas stations out of five thousand. The expert stressed that the pace of strikes is increasing and that it is physically impossible to cover every gas station with air defense systems.

“We have five thousand gas stations. Two hundred have already been destroyed. That’s in one month, and it’s progressing. You can’t station air defenses at every gas station. By my calculations, six months will be enough. They’re hitting not only frontline areas. Pyriatyn, Kryvyi Rih — what kind of frontline areas are those? You understand that a Shahed can easily reach Mukachevo. And the coordinates of all gas stations are on Google Maps. So there’s no problem finding the coordinates of all five thousand gas stations. And as for how quickly the Shaheds can get there — consider: they launch 300 drones every day, and some number of them get through. More of them will get through to gas stations not protected by air defenses,” the expert noted.

Leushkin drew particular attention to the fact that strikes are being carried out not only in frontline areas. He cited Pyriatyn and Kryvyi Rih as examples, and also noted that Shahed-type drones are capable of reaching Mukachevo in the west of the country. According to him, the coordinates of all gas stations are publicly available and can be found on Google Maps, which significantly simplifies target selection.

While Russia is striking Ukrainian gas stations, Ukraine, for its part, is attacking Russian oil refineries.
