Allseeds Group halts operations in Odesa region due to infrastructure damage

One of Ukraine’s largest oilseed processors, Allseeds Group, has suspended its operational activities in the Odesa region.

The company announced this on its official Facebook page.

The company’s statement cited two reasons for the work stoppage: a significant deterioration of the security situation and damage to the port and logistics infrastructure of the Odesa region.

“Due to a significant deterioration of the security situation, as well as damage to the port and logistics infrastructure of the Odesa region, the Allseeds group of companies is forced to suspend its operational activities in the territory of the Odesa region,” the company’s statement reads.

No timeline for resuming operations was given in the statement. The company expressed gratitude to all its employees. As early as December 2025, Allseeds had reported serious damage to its infrastructure in the region.

According to Ukrainian Forbes, Allseeds is one of Ukraine’s largest oilseed processors. The company owns a multi-crop oil extraction plant at the Odesa port of Yuzhne, as well as Ukraine’s largest vegetable oil terminal.

According to data from the industry portal UkrAgroConsult, Allseeds Group exports crude sunflower oil — both its own production and that of other producers — as well as granulated sunflower meal to markets in the EU, India, China, North Africa, and the Middle East.
