Ukrainian woman suspected of killing her child detained in Munich
05.11.2026 09:01A court has ordered two months of pretrial detention for Tetiana Kireeva, who tried to secure the release and hospitalization of serviceman Andriy Kuleshov from a building in Petropavlivska Borshchahivka, where mass clashes occurred on November 2.
This was reported by Suspilne from the courtroom.
Kireeva is suspected of obstructing the activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, disclosing information about the location of military facilities, and organizing mass riots. According to the investigation, she acted in collusion with Valentyna Moloda, who has already been ordered into custody, and an ambulance driver, who was also arrested.
Kireeva herself denies the charges. She stated that she came to the building with two sisters to secure the hospitalization of Kuleshov, who, according to her, was in serious condition after being beaten.
“I saved four people. One of them would certainly have died on the second [of November], would not have lived until morning, because he had a purulent abscess, covered in sores, there was a terrible smell of pus,” Kireeva said in court.
According to her, Kuleshov was beaten on the legs, back, and back of the head at the Azov facility so as not to leave marks on his face.
Lawyer Rustam Nuriev showed the court photographs of Kuleshov’s bodily injuries. He stated that on October 29 he had already contacted the State Bureau of Investigation and the military prosecutor’s office regarding this beating. According to him, after that one of the military men beat Kuleshov again at night.
Kireeva added in court that she wanted to open Azov’s eyes to what was happening.
“I simply wanted to convey to the Azov leadership that there is a certain team that hides behind their name and engages in very dishonorable deeds. They disgrace the army,” Kireeva stated.
Azov commander Denys Prokopenko criticized the people who protested on November 2.
During the clashes it emerged that military servicemen were in the building, including those who had left their military unit without authorization. Four people were hospitalized.
Head of the Presidential Office Kyrylo Budanov, who arrived at the scene, confirmed that there are many such facilities in Ukraine and stated the need to find out what is happening in them.
At the same time, so far the investigation is only ordering protest participants into custody. Nothing has been reported about suspicions being served to military personnel over possible beatings. At the same time, the SBI stated that it is investigating the relevant case.
