A decaying body of a person has been found on the border with Romania.
This was reported by the State Border Guard Service.

“This is the 24th recorded case of a man’s death on the EU border since the full-scale invasion began. It is evident that the body, or rather a skeleton in winter clothing, had been there for a long time.”
Apparently, the man was attempting to leave Ukraine and cross over into Romania.
