The U.S. is ready to recognize Russia’s control over part of Ukraine for the sake of “peace” — what this means for Kyiv
28.11.2025 18:02Andriy Yermak has been dismissed from the post of Head of the President’s Office following this morning’s NABU searches.
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that Yermak himself submitted his resignation, and later a presidential decree on his dismissal was published.
Zelenskyy also said that there will be a “reset of the President’s Office.”
According to him, talks with possible candidates to replace Yermak will take place tomorrow.
Zelenskyy also announced upcoming negotiations with the Americans. In the list of participants, he did not include Yermak, who had previously headed the negotiating team.
“Talks will be held soon; our representatives will be there — the Chief of the General Staff, representatives of the Foreign Ministry, the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council, and our intelligence,” the president said.
Media wrote that Yermak’s resignation would lead to Zelenskyy losing control over the parliamentary majority and the government, as well as political control over the SBU and the State Bureau of Investigation, since it was Yermak who coordinated the political side of these bodies’ work, including their actions against NABU.
