Zelensky is mentioned for the first time on the ‘Mindich tapes’ — two suspects in the corruption case discussed him
12.11.2025 - 13:30Energy Minister Svitlana Hrynchuk repeatedly spent the night at her predecessor’s home—the now–justice minister Herman Halushchenko—and had keys to his house.
This was stated by a SAPO prosecutor at the court hearing in the case of businessman Tymur Mindich, MP Yaroslav Zheleznyak reports on Facebook.
The period in question is when Hrynchuk headed the Ministry of Ecology and Herman Halushchenko was energy minister.
“According to the visual-surveillance protocol, Hrynchuk spent the night at Halushchenko’s from July 23 to 24. On July 28 once again, and she unlocked the gate with her own key. Also from August 11 to 13 she stayed overnight,” the prosecutor said.
Note that Hrynchuk became energy minister after Halushchenko left the post.
As a reminder, two court hearings opened today in Kyiv in the case of corruption on Energoatom contracts. In one of them—adjourned the day before—the court continues to select a preventive measure for Ihor Myroniuk, a former adviser to Halushchenko when he served as energy minister.
Earlier we reported that Ukraine’s Cabinet of Ministers suspended the justice minister from duty. Halushchenko himself said he “fully agrees” with the decision, stressed that he is not clinging to the post, and called his temporary suspension “a civilized and correct step.”
