04.11.2024 - 06:40Head of the National Academy of Ground Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Pavlo Tkachuk, acquires several apartments for free and now lives in a luxurious estate near Lviv.
This information was revealed in an investigation by “Slidstvo.info.”
The investigation reports that while tens of thousands of military personnel have been waiting for housing for years, General Tkachuk received his first apartment for himself and his family back in the 1990s. This was a four-room apartment in the town of Iziaslav in the Khmelnytsky region, which he transferred to his daughter, who later sold it.
Tkachuk then moved to serve in Ternopil, where he reportedly had a three-room apartment. However, it turned out to be an entire cottage with a separate entrance and an underground parking lot.

The 180-square-meter apartment he received from the state was also gifted—this time to his wife, who subsequently sold it as well.
Additionally, Tkachuk received an apartment in Lviv when he took over the National Academy of Ground Forces. His son, to whom this property was transferred, lives abroad and works at the Ukrainian embassy in Germany.
Furthermore, another three-room apartment from the state was allocated to Tkachuk’s son-in-law in Lviv.
The general’s daughter, Olena Sapiga, who works as a dentist in a military clinic, officially owns an estate near Ternopil. However, according to the publication, the general’s relatives reside in a luxury new building in Lviv.
The general’s son-in-law declined to comment on the origin of his wealth.
Tkachuk himself now resides in an elite area in the suburbs of Lviv, although the estate is officially registered to another individual. Tkachuk refused to comment on his real estate holdings, stating that the information is confidential.
It is also worth noting that the son of the former head of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) is building a mansion near Kyiv on a plot purchased at a heavily discounted price.
In addition, reports indicate that the head of the military medical commission in Ternopil bought an apartment, a house, and five plots of land in a single day.
