October 3, 2023France has signed a dozen contracts with Ukraine for the supply of additional artillery systems, drones, spare parts and amphibious vehicles. This was the result of an international defense industry forum.
Nexter, owned by the German-French holding KNDS, plans to supply six additional Caesar self-propelled artillery units. In addition, Nexter signed another contract for the maintenance of Caesar systems and AMX-10 armored vehicles.
Arquus has signed a contract for the maintenance of more than one hundred VAB armored vehicles. For its part, the Alsatian company Cefa will supply eight robots to combat mines and eight amphibious vehicles, with which it will be possible to transport heavy tanks across rivers.
A total of 15 contracts and one cooperation agreement were concluded.
