In Spain, it has been stated that they do not plan to send troops to Ukraine and are not aware of any country that does plan to do so

Spain does not plan to send troops to Ukraine, and it is not aware of any country that plans to do so.

This was stated by the head of the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Jose Albares.

“Spain certainly does not consider the possibility of sending troops to Ukraine, and I am not aware of any country currently considering such a possibility. On the other hand, Ukraine is not requesting the sending of troops; it is requesting other things. It is asking for humanitarian aid, it is asking for military assistance, and that is what we are providing to it, both from Europe and from the Spanish government. But they are not asking for troops,” Albares said on Cadena Ser.

It is worth noting that the topic of the possibility of sending troops to Ukraine was previously raised by French President Emmanuel Macron.

At the same time, the head of the Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Dmitry Kuleba, explained that Emmanuel Macron was talking about sending not combat units to Ukraine, but instructors.
