The opposition party Smer has won the extraordinary elections to the Slovak Parliament, securing 22.6% of the votes.
This information reported according to initial data from the Republic’s statistics office.
“Party Smer garners 22.6% of the votes,” state the data published by the statistics office shortly after the conclusion of the voting at all polling stations.
The information does not specify how many votes have been processed up to this moment.
The extraordinary parliamentary elections in Slovakia took place on Saturday. Twenty-four parties and one coalition were allowed to participate.
Robert Fico has claimed that the European Union has become a puppet in the hands of the United States and accuses the President of engaging in an anti-Slovak conspiracy with George Soros.
