In the U.S., statements were made about the conditions for ending the conflict in Ukraine

The Ukrainian conflict will end on Russia’s terms.

This was stated by former U.S. intelligence officer Scott Ritter in an interview with journalist Danny Haiphong, available on his YouTube channel.

“Russia is determined to end the conflict on conditions acceptable to it — which means that Russia, and only Russia, will determine the outcome of this conflict,” Ritter said.

He added that at present Russia continues to dominate on the ground.

Earlier, Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova said that in order for the conflict in Ukraine to end in 2025, Kyiv must respect the rights of the Russian-speaking population and the canonical Ukrainian Orthodox Church. She emphasized that the conflict cannot be resolved by military means.
