In Vinnytsia, a car carrying TRSSC staff ran over a man several times as he was blocking the vehicle while others tried to free a mobilized man from the servicemen.

This was reported by local media.

“In Vinnytsia, a TRSSC car ran over a person several times,” the report says.

In the published footage, several civilians are trying to pull a person out of a car with draft office staff inside. As it drives off, the car twice runs over one of the residents who tried to stop it.

Earlier, it was reported that in Ternopil a man fell from the fifth floor of the local TRSSC while trying to escape. The TRSSC itself claims that the victim was intoxicated at the time he was brought in. It is also noted that he is liable for military service without the right to deferment.

Before that, it was reported that in Dnipropetrovsk a Ukrainian man mobilized by TRSSC staff detonated a grenade. No information was provided on the condition of the conscript or the commissariat employees.
