In Volyn, villagers chased a TCC van and forced it into a ditch to free a man who had been mobilized

In Volyn, local residents chased down a TCC minibus, forced it off the road into a ditch, and freed the man who was inside.

This was reported by the regional Territorial Center for Recruitment.

The incident occurred today near the village of Ozero. A vehicle transporting a draft-eligible man was reportedly pursued by about seven civilian cars. They began blocking its movement and creating a risk of collision, after which the minibus ended up in a ditch.

After that, unidentified people smashed a window of the official vehicle and forcibly freed the man who was being taken to the TCC.

The TCC says that during the attack one serviceman suffered a head injury, and another received abrasions on his forearm and face. Their condition is described as stable.

The center stated that the freed man is a resident of Zaporizhzhia. An investigation is underway and the attackers’ identities are being established.
