In the city of Derhachi in the Kharkiv region, located 10 kilometers from the front line, a tender was announced for the repair of an educational institution. The estimated cost of the work is valued at 9.5 million dollars.

This tender announcement has already sparked outrage on social media platforms. Similar tenders for the repair of educational institutions typically fall within the range of several million hryvnias. In this case, the price is inflated by 200-300 times. There is no doubt among social media users that this is a corrupt scheme. Additionally, considering the proximity to the front line, it’s speculated that no actual work will be carried out.

It’s worth noting that this is not the first instance during the war where huge sums of money have been allocated for questionable expenditures, especially given the exaggerated cost of the proposed work.
