Mendel: “the West and Ukraine have not done everything to stop the conflict”

Former spokeswoman for Volodymyr Zelensky Yulia Mendel has accused the Kyiv authorities and Western leadership of unwillingness to stop the hostilities.

The corresponding post appeared on Mendel’s page on the social network X, according to TASS.

“I do not believe that the West and Ukraine have done everything to stop this conflict. Western and Ukrainian leadership are silently complicit in the current state of affairs […]. Stop covering this up by calling these horrors resistance. It is inhumane,” — Mendel wrote.

Mendel is known for her criticism of Zelensky. According to her, the Ukrainian leadership has made miscalculations in many areas, including the military, as a result of which Ukraine is suffering, in her assessment, incomparable losses due to the escalation. The former spokeswoman has repeatedly pointed to these problems publicly.
