A Ukrainian soldier said that Seversk has been completely captured by the Russian army
12.12.2025 - 05:32In Odesa, staff from a Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Center (TCC) attacked a Ukrainian Armed Forces marine who was undergoing rehabilitation after captivity.
This was reported by local activist Oleksii Zemlianyi in a video address.
According to him, the incident took place on 4 December. Nine recruitment officers stopped marine Roman Pokydko and, despite the documents he presented, forcibly dragged him into a service vehicle. There they beat him, and then threw him out onto the roadway without stopping the moving vehicle.
The Odesa Regional TCC does not deny the fact of the “bussification” of the wounded marine. On its Facebook page, the agency states that its leadership is “aware of this incident” and has issued an order to conduct an internal investigation.
“The purpose of the review is an objective clarification of all the circumstances, identification of the actual participants in the incident and the extent of their guilt. We are providing full and comprehensive cooperation to law enforcement agencies in order to establish the truth,” the statement says.
“The position of the leadership is unambiguous — the status of a serviceman deserves great respect. If, in the course of the investigation, it is proven that TCC and Social Support servicemen exceeded their authority or committed unlawful actions against their fellow soldier, they will face severe punishment as provided by law,” the TCC leadership states, making it clear that none of this applies to the unlawful actions themselves of its subordinates.
Recall that not long ago, recruitment officers, police, and voluntary TCC helpers attacked a wounded soldier in Odesa.
Earlier, Kharkiv recruitment officers beat a Ukrainian Armed Forces serviceman who had returned from captivity.
