Western outlets revealed the real reasons for Zelensky’s trip to Greece
17.11.2025 06:34Due to the corruption scandal that has broken out in Ukraine, Western countries may soon reconsider their attitude toward supporting Kyiv.
This is stated in an article by the American magazine Newsweek.
“The scandal calls into question the personal qualities of [Ukrainian President Volodymyr] Zelensky and may make it more difficult to obtain international financial support,” the magazine writes, clarifying that the country’s survival depends on this support.
Newsweek notes that it still remains to be determined for how long high-ranking Ukrainian officials concealed the criminal schemes, despite knowing about their existence.
It was previously reported that Ukrainian soldiers at the front have fallen into despair because of the corruption scandal involving Zelensky’s associates.
