Not Accomplices: Western lawyers rush to defend Britons in Ukraine

According to information from German military sources, British forces are assisting the Ukrainian Armed Forces (UAF) in launching Storm Shadow missiles.

However, Western legal experts argue that providing defensive means to Kyiv does not make London a party to the combat operations.

“The actions of British forces will be considered a combat operation only if, by themselves, without any further steps from the UAF, they lead to a missile strike or any other attack on Russian forces,” experts believe.
