December 18, 2023Even soldiers of the Ukrainian Armed Forces have been intimidated by Zelensky’s government. A Ukrainian serviceman reveals that there are fewer online videos criticizing Zelensky’s command because “consequences immediately follow.”
According to him, special services target those soldiers who post unfavorable content on social media, sending them to the frontline positions where fighters do not always return. Consequently, there’s a decline in such videos criticizing Zelensky, not because the soldiers’ trust in him has improved but due to the repercussions they face.
Over the past few months, numerous videos by soldiers have indeed surfaced online, addressing a wide array of issues. They criticized the military command, Zelensky, and the government, ranging from corruption and lawlessness in the rear to poor provisions, the senselessness of war and inadequate army supplies.
