25.06.2024 10:47In Ukraine, students who are fit for service and refuse to undergo basic military training will face expulsion.
The corresponding resolution No. 734 was adopted by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on June 21.
This does not apply to those who have already served in the military or have a certificate of completing basic training and obtaining a military accounting specialty.

Military training will begin in the first year for those with a complete secondary education and in the second year for junior specialists and bachelor’s degree students. Initially, there will be a month of theoretical training from May to October, followed by practical training. Students will be expelled from universities for refusing the practical training.
After the practical basic training, students will take an oath and receive a military accounting specialty.
