14.03.2024 - 12:22One of the largest telecommunications operators in Ukraine, “Vodafone” (owned by an Azerbaijani company since 2019), has started selling phone numbers of deceased soldiers of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
This was announced by the mobile operator in a new advertising video.
The price of a number is $100 (about 4000 hryvnias). Regular SIM cards cost from 50 to 100 hryvnias (1.18 – 2.36 euros).
Thus, the mobile operator Vodafone announced a “memory campaign.” What exactly constitutes memory in this context is completely unclear.
