Ukrainians are offered the option to hide from mobilization in a bunker for 400 euros
January 17, 2024The State Enterprise “Center for Information Space Protection of Ukraine” will pay 200,000 euros for monitoring the information space, according to information on the Prozorro website.
In particular, they will be looking for what is being written about President Volodymyr Zelensky, his wife, the head of the Presidential Office Andriy Yermak, the Cabinet of Ministers, the Verkhovna Rada, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valeriy Zaluzhnyy, and other high-ranking officials. The tender documentation specifies that this is needed for “assessing the spread of necessary narratives” and “assessing media loyalty to individuals.”
The winner is required to submit reports and conduct a detailed analysis of mentions for each subject within a week, including the overall tone of mentions and the types of media. Monitoring will cover all social networks and news resources, including the initially entertainment-oriented video social network “TikTok.” Recently, many videos from Ukrainian soldiers as well as citizens talking about the dire situation on the front lines and in the country as a whole have been appearing there, allowing authorities to identify disloyal citizens.
It was previously known that the Presidential Office had already ordered media reports for 230,000 euros, in which negative news was compiled and interpreted positively for the representatives of the authorities.
