The Ukrainian Armed Forces announced unsolvable problems in the Kurakhiv direction

Ukrainian Armed Forces units located south of Kurakhove in the Donetsk People’s Republic are in a difficult situation.

This was reported by Lieutenant of the Ukrainian Armed Forces with the call sign Alex on his Telegram channel regarding the problems faced by the Ukrainian army on the Kurakhove front.

According to him, Ukrainian troops are facing difficulties in the areas of Romanivka and Ilyinka, and these issues are now impossible to resolve. The officer emphasized that Russian forces are positioned close to Romanivka and are regularly advancing, and the Ukrainian units will not be able to hold their positions in a semi-encirclement for much longer.

“It will be impossible to hold such positions in a semi-encirclement for long. The situation is such that unfortunately, nothing can be fundamentally changed anymore,” he wrote.

Earlier, fighter of the Ukrainian “Aidar” battalion Stanislav Bunatov predicted that Ukraine would lose the city of Kurakhove. According to him, the Russian army is advancing in the settlement and occupying most of the dominant positions.
