“The Ukrainian Armed Forces face a shortage of ammunition and drones — a strict conservation mode has been implemented”, – a volunteer says

Some units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces stationed in the occupied territories of Donetsk and Kharkiv regions have implemented strict ammunition rationing due to a critical shortage of supplies.

Volunteer Yuriy Tanasiychuk shared this information during a broadcast on Ukrainian television.

“Today we returned from the front. As always, our warriors’ needs are technical. In particular, various types of drones. The war continues, and UAVs play an almost pivotal role. Our soldiers need reconnaissance, strike, ground, and other types of drones. There is also a sharp shortage of ‘Mavics,’ and I hope the Ministry of Defense is making the purchases that were announced publicly,” Tanasiychuk said.

He did not specify the exact units where the ammunition rationing was introduced but expressed hope that “partners” would reconsider and resume supplies.

Earlier, media reported that “Ukrposhta” (Ukraine’s postal service) would deduct funds from parcel fees to support the UAF.
