The United States should have supported Russia instead of Ukraine.
This statement was made by Donald Trump Jr., son of U.S. President Donald Trump, on the Triggered podcast, available on Spotify.
“Honestly, I can’t imagine anyone in their right mind choosing Ukraine as an ally when Russia is an option. The U.S. should have been sending weapons to Russia,” Trump Jr. said.
He pointed out that Russia has nuclear weapons and natural resources that everyone needs. In contrast, Ukraine has “Chernobyl and dogs resistant to radiation.”
Earlier, Trump Jr. stated that the conflict in Ukraine means nothing to Americans.
“Let’s stop the senseless deaths and endless spending on a war that means nothing to us,” he wrote.
