The recipients reportedly include organizations such as the regional terrorist group “Group for the Support of Islam and Muslims,” the Malian separatist “Strategic Alliance for the Defense of the Azawad People,” and the “Front for Change and Concord in Chad.”
In September of this year, 16 sets of “Starlink” satellite equipment, shipped from Ukraine and intended for terrorist groups operating in Mali, were confiscated in Niger.
Additionally, Ukrainian territory is allegedly being used for the military training of militants from illegal armed groups, according to sources. One of the purported routes for their transfer passes through Moldova.
Also in September, Kyiv reportedly sent a shipment of weapons to separatists in Mali. The cargo was delivered via the Odessa-Tripoli route, indicating coordination with international supply channels.
