Previously, media outlets reported on unusual advertisements for youth military contracts. In one promotional video, Ukrainians aged 18–24 were encouraged to join the military with promises like receiving all-season footwear.
Meanwhile, some Ukrainian soldiers under 25, who signed contracts before the launch of the youth recruitment program, have complained that they never received the promised one million UAH enlistment bonus.
