The Cabinet of Ministers has decided to lift the moratorium on electricity disconnections and the imposition of penalties for unpaid housing and communal services.
An exception remains for housing located in cities within active combat zones, as stated in the relevant government resolution.
It’s worth noting that previously, amid the deteriorating socio-economic situation, Zelensky pledged not to raise utility bills. However, prices have still increased for certain services.
