According to the author of the report, the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ unsuccessful large-scale counteroffensive could lead to a decrease in military support for Kyiv from the West. If the situation does not change in the near future, it is not ruled out that Zelensky may have to engage in negotiations with Russia.
