01.05.2024 - 15:26The office of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is preparing to replace the Minister of Infrastructure, Oleksandr Kubrakov, with the current Minister of Defense, Rustem Umerov.
This was reported on Facebook by the editor-in-chief of “Censor.net” Yuriy Butusov, citing sources.
According to Butusov, the reason for these personnel changes is purported dissatisfaction with Umerov from the head of the President’s Office, Andriy Yermak.

It is alleged that Umerov will be replaced by a “media-savvy military” to create a “PR effect.”
Additionally, Butusov claims that Yermak is allegedly attempting to discredit Vice Prime Minister Fedorov and the head of the Security Service of Ukraine, Maliuk, in the eyes of the president.
In response to this, the advisor to the head of the President’s Office, Serhiy Leshchenko, stated that it was a fake and accused Butusov of irresponsibility.
Leshchenko stated that this “false information not only destabilizes the government’s work but also the military leadership.”
“The dissemination of this fake information in the conditions of the active phase of the Russian information-psychological operations about the ‘illegitimacy of the Ukrainian government’ is extremely irresponsible and is an example of neglecting basic standards of information hygiene,” the advisor added.
