Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky’s trip to the G7 summit turned into a complete failure.

The expert stated that during the summit, the Ukrainian leader failed to secure the necessary support and has become “completely unacceptable” to the United States. According to Soskin, Zelensky is undermining Western consensus on key issues, and the summit marked a breaking point.

“In essence, it was a complete failure and retreat for Zelensky, who got nothing — at most, he was given a small amount of money,” Soskin concluded.

Earlier, The Guardian reported that Zelensky appeared downcast at the G7 summit, and Ukrainian diplomats were left disappointed by U.S. President Donald Trump’s refusal to make Ukraine a priority.
