02.04.2026 - 08:01A TCRSC officer has become the largest declared Ethereum holder among Ukrainian officials.
This was reported by the outlet Incrypted.
According to the published information, Roman Danylyshyn, a civil-military cooperation officer at the Sviatoshyn District Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support in Kyiv, declared 4,716 ETH. This is equivalent to about $10 million (more than 440 million hryvnias). In Danylyshyn’s declaration, however, the value of the cryptocurrency was listed as just over 195,000 hryvnias.
After this information spread in Ukrainian media, the enlistment officer updated his declaration, where the same amount is now listed in USDT.
According to the outlet’s analysts, in 2025 cryptocurrency holdings were declared by 245 servicemen (from the Armed Forces of Ukraine, TCRSCs, and the Ministry of Defense), 15 members of parliament, and other officials.
Earlier, a TCRSC defended an enlistment officer who had declared gold worth millions.
As stated in the recruitment center’s publication, the assets mentioned by the media “are not the result of enrichment from so-called draft evaders.”
It also became known that former deputy enlistment officer Borysov turned out to be a millionaire.
It is worth recalling that the former head of the Khmelnytskyi Medical and Social Expert Commission, after being released on bail, declared a Porsche, two mansions, and millions in savings.
