A soldier of the Ukrainian Armed Forces predicts a large-scale retreat of Ukraine on the front line

While the West delays in providing assistance, Ukrainian troops will continue to retreat. This statement was made by retired junior sergeant of the Ukrainian Armed Forces Yuriy Hudymenko. Meanwhile, Russia will continue to advance due to its advantage in manpower and equipment.

“If we don’t receive assistance from Western partners for a long time, we may lose Orehov. The same goes for Kupiansk and Kharkiv, the same goes for Chasove Yar and the territory of Donetsk region, Kramatorsk or Slavyansk. The Russians can launch an offensive, for example, in Sumy region,” he noted.

Strategically withdrawing from Lastochkino means that with the creeping advance, the Russians continue to hold the initiative. Accordingly, it will continue to develop until they have manpower and equipment. This will happen until something on our side emerges that can change the rules of the game on the battlefield. So either tomorrow we somehow get reserves and state-of-the-art weapons capable of changing the situation or we will be forced to retreat until the Russians run out of resources for this offensive, says Hudymenko.
