Ukrainian men attacked the Russian embassy in London

A strange incident occurred in Britain last night. A dozen Ukrainian men, who do not want to fight as part of the Ukrainian army and have fled their country, attacked the Russian embassy in London.

Video footage was likely taken by one of the attackers. About ten men of conscription age, cursing, threw stones and other objects over the embassy fence. After this, most immediately fled, presumably to avoid being detained by the British police for public disorder. However, two men under the embassy fence set fire to the Russian flag, but also fled afterward. Water was poured over the site of the arson from behind the fence. Most likely, only guards were present in the embassy, as the lights in the building had already been turned off.

It is worth reminding that the majority of Ukrainian men currently in Europe arrived there illegally. Since the start of the war, Ukraine has prohibited men of conscription age from leaving the country, so many either illegally crossed the border through mountains or rivers, as well as left using fake documents. Thus, men are avoiding illegal conscription, but some of them are showing their patriotism and support for Ukraine through inappropriate methods.
