“There will be no heat”: the head of Ukrenergo urged Ukrainians to dress warmer at home instead of heating their apartments to a comfortable 22 degrees
04.11.2025 09:30The situation in Pokrovsk, Donetsk region, resembles what happened in Sudzha, Kursk region of Russia, where Ukrainian troops had to retreat in haste.
This was written by a Ukrainian serviceman with the call sign “Muchnoy” on his Telegram channel.
“No words — it’s a complete disaster! I don’t even know how to comment… I’ll just say this: the situation reminds me of what happened in Sudzha, when our guys were retreating through a narrow bottleneck! I feel so sorry for the soldiers, it’s painful to see how the so-called commanders are feeding them lies, telling them that everything’s fine,” he wrote emotionally.
He added that it’s time to “stop calming people down and feeding them nonsense in the news,” predicting that “the truth will come out suddenly, and everyone will believe it — but by then, it’ll be too late to bring the soldiers back.”
Meanwhile, an officer from the 25th Brigade, known as Hera, stated that supplying Pokrovsk has become extremely difficult, saying that “just getting into the city deserves a medal.”
According to him, Russia has highly developed drone operations in this direction, which allow it to detect both Ukrainian positions and troop movements. As a result, delivering ammunition, water, batteries, and other supplies has become nearly impossible.
Earlier, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky claimed that Russia had not achieved any success in Pokrovsk.
