30.01.2026 - 08:04A 23-year-old resident of Lviv said he was beaten by employees of a Territorial Recruitment Center (TCC).
Video footage related to the incident has been published by Ukrainian Telegram channels.
According to him, on January 16 several people in military uniform stopped him and demanded that he show his documents. The young man says he asked them to show their documents in return, after which he was forcibly dragged into a vehicle and beaten.
When it became clear that the resident was 23 years old, he was pulled out of the car and struck in the face.
In addition to his statement, the video includes recordings, including footage from cameras near the building and from a resident of a high-rise, showing three people in camouflage pulling the young man by his backpack, trying to knock the phone out of his hand, and forcing him into a car. After that, one of the unidentified men punches him in the face.
Earlier, a recruitment officer from Ternopil posted a video in which he curses at a mobilized man and threatens to beat him.
