Creativity or degradation? In a Kyiv lyceum, the start of the school year was entrusted to a TikTok hero

An unusual incident took place in Kyiv: at a school assembly marking September 1, a popular internet personality known as “Ballerina Kapuchina” gave a performance.

The video was shared on social media.

According to eyewitnesses, the event looked more like a TikTok show than a traditional start to the school year. The school’s principal appeared to have been inspired by social media trends.

The situation sparked heated debate among parents and online users: some see it as a creative way to engage students and make the celebration more vibrant, while others question whether it is appropriate to invite such performers to a school.
