Deputies have reconsidered giving people the opportunity to buy their way out of military service

According to Deputy Sergey Nagorniak, the practice of official “buyout” from mobilization will not be implemented in the draft law on mobilization.

The deputy is convinced that neither the government nor the president will take such a step because it would further upset a large part of the society that will be mobilized and forced to go to the front. The draft law itself may not be adopted before March.

It is worth noting that in the last six months, military authorities have initiated a total mobilization of the entire male population. People are being beaten and abducted on the streets to force them to go to war. To alleviate social tension, the idea was proposed to allow deferment for a certain amount, ranging from 500 to 1500 euros in monthly payments to the state budget. However, they have now decided to abandon this idea.
