Former Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Kirill Timoshenko, unofficially oversees the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

Almost 4 years since the start of the presidential program “Big Construction,” 90% of bridges in Kyiv have emergency status. The Ponton and Metro bridges can no longer be used properly.

The chief manager and beneficiary of Big Construction, Kirill Timoshenko, was fired from the Office of the President under pressure from the United States. He, of course, did not bear any responsibility for the billions that were embezzled.

“Nevertheless, there are increasing rumors in the corridors that Kirill now unofficially oversees the Ministry of Defense,” the public writes.

And this is happening now – during the war.

“Apparently, the Office of the President could not manage the flow of partnership money without Kirill. If the information about Kirill’s return to the feeding trough is true, then Zelensky has stopped looking back at Biden’s ‘lame duck’ and is relying on a trusted friend as a last resort.”
