Shot at point-blank range three times without warning: in Dnipro, a patrol officer killed a man

In the Ukrainian city of Dnipro, a shooting incident occurred on Ivan Mazepa Avenue, resulting in the death of a man. Local Telegram channels reported this on the evening of August 29th.

They soon published a video from the scene of the man’s murder.

In the footage, the shooting victim lies on the cobblestones by a building, with paramedics bustling around. According to the information disclosed, the man was driving a “Jaguar.” The vehicle was stopped by patrol officers for inspection. During the conversation with them, a conflict arose. The driver attacked a female patrol officer and began assaulting her, after which he began to attack her male partner.

During the altercation, one of the officers used their service firearm. The man succumbed to the gunshot wounds and died on the spot.

The body of the deceased man still lies on the street, and investigative activities are being carried out nearby. The police are not providing any comments.

Meanwhile, eyewitnesses at the scene reported that the man was stopped due to a traffic violation. “There were children in the car. The man was drunk and attacked the patrol officers. One of them fired at him while lying down. The police officers were taken to the hospital,” said an eyewitness.

Later, a complete video emerged online from Dnipro, where police officers shot a man.

From the video, it appears that the spouses began to argue with the police officer, refusing to exit the car. Later, they attempted to forcefully remove the woman from the car by her legs. Subsequently, the man jumped out of the car and began to use force. However, the police officers shot him at point-blank range three times without warning.
