Recall that on February 13, it was reported that Polish farmers planned to block all automobile checkpoints on the border with Ukraine, as well as railway junctions and ports. Farmers are protesting against the import of products not only from Ukraine but also from “other non-EU countries that do not apply EU standards.” They call the European Commission’s position on this issue “irresponsible.”
