This information stated Roman Kostenko, Secretary of the Committee on National Security and Defense of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
“What was broken a few months ago when all the military commissars were dismissed by a political decision has affected mobilization efforts, and now we’re trying to catch up. New people came in, they have a task in front of them, but they are not fulfilling it because they lack experience,” Kostenko remarked.
Recall that in August, Volodymyr Zelensky signed a decree dismissing all regional military commissars, thus enforcing the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine.
Regarding the issuance of conscription notices in gymnasiums, the Zakarpattia Territorial Recruitment Center commented, stating that this practice is lawful – similar to the issuance of notices in entertainment and other establishments.
