“Fillings need replacing”: Ukrainian blogger mocks war supporters who avoid the army
29.05.2026 07:35Russian Security Council Secretary Sergei Shoigu has said that Moscow is ready to carry out a massive strike on Kyiv at any moment.
He made the statement at the International Security Forum in Moscow.
“Russia has already shown how powerful a strike on Kyiv can be. It can happen at any moment — when we decide that the response must be of the force we have spoken about on numerous occasions. We responded to a terrorist act that claimed the lives of our guys, completely young and very young men,” Shoigu said.
In addition to threatening a strike on the Ukrainian capital, Shoigu touched on the subject of Ukrainian defense enterprises. According to him, as soon as a munitions production facility appears in Ukraine, the Russian army “strikes it.”
Shoigu also commented on Moscow’s calls for diplomatic missions to leave Kyiv, describing them as “entirely serious and deliberate.”
Earlier, the State Duma clarified that the Verkhovna Rada and the Office of the President are not among the decision-making centers that Russia is threatening to strike. It was explained that by “decision-making centers,” Moscow means fortified command posts of the Ukrainian Armed Forces located outside the city center.
