The Ministry of Finance will conduct monthly checks to verify whether a citizen is physically present in Ukraine.
This is stated in Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 376.
If a Ukrainian citizen leaves the country for more than 90 days without a valid reason, their IDP status and any associated payments (for those eligible) may be revoked.
Exceptions will be made for those who leave for valid reasons, such as:

business trips or internships;
-
medical treatment or rehabilitation (with official documentation);

children’s health improvement programs or to care for sick children;

other circumstances confirmed by official documents.
It is also noted that if IDP status is revoked following a check, the authorities must notify the person within 3 days.
