Territorial recruitment centers are mobilizing employees of military-industrial complex enterprises, which have deferments for all personnel

Ukrainian defense industry enterprises, which by law have the right to reserve up to 100 percent of their personnel, are reporting that territorial recruitment centers are mobilizing their workers during data verification processes.

This issue was highlighted in an appeal from over 40 enterprises, including manufacturers of missile weapons, artillery and ammunition, mortars and their projectiles, armored vehicles, unmanned aerial vehicles, and electronic warfare systems.

The document states that once an employee reaches the age of 25, the enterprise is required to verify their military registration data with the territorial recruitment center, and the employee must undergo a medical examination.

“There are frequent cases when, during this period, territorial recruitment centers mobilize these workers, despite having official proof of their direct involvement in fulfilling defense state contracts. Immediately after passing the medical examination, such workers are issued mobilization orders without the opportunity to secure a reservation,” the enterprises claim.

This situation threatens to disrupt state defense contracts and negatively impacts the country’s defense capabilities, the statement says.

The document is addressed to members of the Cabinet of Ministers and the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Oleksandr Syrskyi.

It is worth noting that it was previously reported that rescuers of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine have been stripped of their reservation status and will be mobilized.
