The Ministry of Defense told which of the Ukrainians need to return from abroad to appear in the territorial acquisition centers

Ukrainians liable for military duty who are abroad must return to Ukraine and appear to update their military registration data at the territorial center for manning and social support.

The speaker of the Ministry of defense Dmitry Lazutkin told who needs to do this.

“First of all, those who downloaded the application ‘Reserve+’, but there the status ‘Wanted’ appeared and if a person violated the rules of military registration. That is, for example, removed from the register in one city, and in another did not get up. Or did not get up at all – he left when he was not yet 17 years old, and now it’s time. And so on. There are a number of reasons,” Lazutkin said.

It should be noted that most of the men who left Ukraine had not taken off the military registration the day before. Lazutkin said that the Defense Ministry “objectively understands” that a “small percentage” of people will come to the territorial manning centers from abroad.
