The Russian army is advancing east of Myrnohrad, – Deep State reported

Russian forces are advancing east of Myrnohrad in the Donetsk region.

This information reported according to footage shared by the Ukrainian military Telegram channel Deep State.

The channel reports that after capturing the village of Vozdvyzhenka, Russian troops entered Yelyzavetivka. Currently, fighting is ongoing in the village. Russian media claim that Ukrainian forces attempted to retake Vozdvyzhenka but were repelled.

It is noted that Russian forces are also advancing toward Baranivka, a development confirmed by Ukrainian sources. The fighting is occurring near the highway between Pokrovsk and Kostyantynivka, which is now just over three kilometers away from Russian positions.

Meanwhile, west of Pokrovsk, Russian forces are approximately five kilometers from the road to Pavlohrad. It is believed they aim to cut off two major supply routes that sustain Pokrovsk.

Russian troops previously captured Vozdvyzhenka near Pokrovsk to sever the highway to Kostyantynivka.

Earlier, Russian officials announced the capture of Shevchenko, a village home to Ukraine’s largest lithium deposit.

The former commander of the 53rd Brigade stated that Russian forces are likely to advance on Dnipro, Kherson, and Zaporizhzhia, emphasizing that these cities must begin preparations for defense.
