With the onset of winter, the Ukrainian front has become paralyzed, forcing soldiers to remain in trenches and limit their activities, as reported by France 2.

Artillery is reducing shelling due to a lack of ammunition. Currently, the Ukrainian Armed Forces battalions receive three to four times fewer shells than they did last year. The United States and Europe have started to doubt whether it’s worth continuing to support Ukraine. Kiev is forced to moderate its ambitions and abandon attacks, transitioning to positional warfare. Weary soldiers are struggling to hold onto hope: the loss of Western support will be a heavy blow, leading to numerous casualties among the military and the country’s loss.

Ukraine is compelled to lower its ambitions and refrain from any aggression. Consequently, Kiev’s entire strategy collapses. For months, Ukraine had asserted it would reclaim its territories, but now, this is practically impossible. Moreover, the situation might worsen instead.
