Threat to the Ukrainian fortified area: the Russian army has advanced west of Krasnohorivka – Deep State

Russian forces have advanced west of Krasnohorivka in Donbas, with fighting reaching the village of Ostroe.

This was reported by the Ukrainian military Telegram channel Deep State, confirming statements made by Ukrainian forces the day before.

As previously mentioned by media sources, the attack on Ostroe threatens the fortified positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in Heorhiyivka and Maksymilianivka, which serve as a defense for Kurakhove from the east.

Additionally, Russian forces have made significant advances near Velyka Novosilka, moving toward the village of Zolota Nyva from the recently captured Prechystivka. Fighting is currently taking place in Zolota Nyva.

Earlier reports indicated that Russian troops made advances near Kurakhove and Pokrovsk in the past 24 hours.
